This new format and blog are new to us, so we'll probably be pretty slow at first. Thanks for your patience... Our first two weeks of this tour have been full of important lessons. Oil changes. Fabric softener. Don't run red lights in Wyoming. Do not eat the FourthMeal.
We'd like to thank everyone who came out to our shows on the west coast - we're headed to Texas tomorrow for a few days, and we'll be playing shows in Austin, Houston, and Dallas. Let us know if you're coming out and we'll be sure to say hello.
Recently in Portland we stayed with Justin (formerly of Lying in States) and his girlfriend Kendra. They have a beautiful farm just outside of the city where we ate fresh pears, wrestled with dogs, and met this goat.
In other news, we are excited to be playing with the Cold War Kids in Philadelphia on October 30th, and watch for tour dates with Rahim coming in December.
